Rhubarb Paloma
- 40ml Tapatio Reposado
- 10ml Pimento Dram
- 25ml Grapefruit Juice
- 15ml Lime Juice
- Top with Soda
Shake all ingredients with ice, except soda, and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with soda and garnish with an grapefruit slice.
When The Smoke Cleared
- 45ml Derrumbes Durango
- 15ml Aperol
- 7.5ml Ginger Syrup
- 22.5ml Pineapple Juice
- 22.5ml Lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a crystallised piece of ginger on a cocktail skewer.
Mezcal Fruit Cup
- 25ml Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej
- 25ml Orange Curacao
- 25ml Valentian Vermouth
- 2 dashes Lavender Bitters
- 50ml Cola
- 50ml Ginger Ale
Build all ingredients in a tall glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves, strawberries, lemon and orange slices.
Rhubarb & Apple Gimlet
- 45ml La Higuera Wheeleri Sotol
- 15ml Orange Curacao
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Basil Syrup
- 1 dash Absinthe
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
